Ayosa Refuge

The group, since it started, has got a mountain refuge, handed over by the Consejería de Obras Públicas, situated in the 29 km of road of La Esperanza, on the beautiful tops of Ayosa (1.950 meters) in Tenerife island.

In this refuge can stay about 16 people, and has got a big dinning room, and one bedroom. It has not got neither water nor light, but it has got two chimneys, that it makes very comfortable the place to the mountaneer in cold winter.

It can be used by members of the group, for keeping of hard weather, and to realice activities for UMA or the mountain. Other mountain groups occasionally can use it under writen request.

It needs a continue maintenance for the place where is situated and antiquity.
